Travel Tour Conditions
Payment schedule:
The total All Aboard Travel tour and river cruise prices on
the MS
Amacello for double occupancy are $6,500 per person
in Category C, a deluxe outside stateroom with French
Balcony. To upgrade to a higher Category please add the
following amount per person not including airfare.
B Cello Deck French Balcony $ 250
A Violin Deck French Balcony $ 300
A+ Violin Deck French Balcony $ 500
S Violin Deck French Balcony $ 1,200
Single occupancy rates are $7,800 not including airfare.
Prices for Category D and E deluxe outside staterooms with
small window are $5,900 per person double occupancy and
7,400 single occupancy.
A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 per person is required to
reserve your space on the tour. Final payment is due 90 days
prior to departure. Credit cards are not accepted for final
payment.
Above rates include all onboard meals, accommodation, fees,
taxes, port charges, Captain’s Welcome Champagne Reception
and Captain’s Farewell Champagne Reception as well as all
lectures and excursions listed in the itinerary.
Cancellation and refunds:
If cancellation in writing is received by All Aboard Travel
more than 90 days prior to departure all but $1,000 per
person is refundable.
For cancellations received within 90 days of departure, the
following per person cancellation fees apply:
90 - 61 days prior to departure: $2,500 per person
60 - 31 days prior to departure: 75% of total price
30 - 1 days prior to departure: 100% of total price
Travel insurance is not included in this price and is
available at an
additional charge. Cancellation charges also apply to
additional
accommodation, boat and air travel reserved prior to and
after the tour.
Non-refundable air tickets. If you are purchasing a
non-refundable air
ticket, please make sure that you understand the
difficulties associated with
non-refundable airfares. All Aboard Travel cannot be held
responsible for
any changes/cancellation penalties associated with these
non-refundable
airfares.
Tour prices:
Tour prices are per person, based on two
persons sharing a
room. Single room supplements and triple room reductions are
listed where
applicable.
Prices including taxes, fees and fuel surcharges, are
subject to increase
without notice if such rates change prior to departure.
Responsibilities:
All Aboard Travel Inc, Hillsdale, Michigan
is
responsible to you in making arrangements for tour services
offered in
this brochure, including transportation, sightseeing and
hotel/lodge
accommodations.
The carriers, hotels/lodges and other suppliers providing
tour services
are independent contractors and are not principals, agents,
employers,
employees, masters, servants, representatives, partners or
joint venturers
of All Aboard Travel or its affiliates. All Aboard Travel is
not liable for the
acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties,
breaches or negligence
of those independent contractors and is not liable for any
personal injuries,
death, property damage, or other damages or expenses
resulting therefrom.
All certificates and other travel documents for tour
services issued by All
Aboard Travel are subject to terms and conditions specified
by supplier
thereof, and to the laws of the countries in which the
services are rendered.
If the services included in the tour cannot be supplied or
there are changes
in an itinerary for reasons beyond the control of All Aboard
Travel, All
Aboard Travel will arrange for the provision of comparable
services, when
possible. Any resulting additional expense will be payable
by the tour
participants and any resulting saving will be refunded by
All Aboard Travel
to tour participants.
All Aboard Travel reserves the right to accept or reject any
person as a tour
participant, to expel any tour participant from the tour, to
make changes in
the itinerary whenever All Aboard Travel deems it necessary
for the comfort,
convenience or safety of the tour participants, and to
cancel a tour at any
time.
The statements herein and the contract between tour
participants and All
Aboard Travel are made and entered into in Hillsdale County,
MI. Any
controversy or claim between a tour participant and All
Aboard Travel
which cannot be settled amicably must be litigated either in
a state court in
and for Hillsdale County, MI, or in the U.S. District Court
for the Central
District of MI and shall be governed by the laws of
Michigan. All Aboard
Travel and each tour participant expressly waives the right
to a jury trial and
agrees that legal proceedings, if any, must be filed within
one year following
the date of tour completion. Each tour participant
understands that All
Aboard Travel will be accepting that participant’s booking
to reliance upon
such participant’s acceptance of the within Tour Conditions.
No person, other than an authorized representative of All
Aboard Travel
by a document in writing, is authorized to vary, add or
waive any term or
condition in this brochure, including any term or condition
set forth in the preceding provisions. |
